aPPOINTMENT

  1. Please fill out the form below (at the end of this page).

  2. We will contact you to confirm the tattoo cost. We will send you reply for sure. If you do not receive our email within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.

  3. Once the price and the date/time work for you and the appointment is confirmed, you will receive a password to access the “Pre-Tattoo Info” page, where you can find our studio address and pre-tattoo information. *In some cases we may ask for a ¥2,000 booking deposit.

  4. That’s all! We look forward to seeing you on your tattoo day.

    (If you need to cancel you appointment for any reason, we ask you to message us 24h before your session)

*About booking deposit:

You might be asked to make a booking deposit (¥2,000) if:

- you're a new client at Inkberry

- your artwork/design is complex and requires more time to be created

- other situations. We will inform whether or not you will need to make this deposit for scheduling.

This value will be deducted from the final price on the day of your tattoo.

If you decide to cancel your appointment, we will NOT refund this amount if: 

- your artwork/design has already been created

- your session is in less than 24 hours 

If your case does not fall into any of these, the refund will be 90% (¥1800) of the amount.
